And AI prices are falling, fast. As model costs come down, we pass the savings on — either as lower prices or bigger allowances. We don't pocket the difference; the goal is to keep this as affordable as the technology allows.

Yes. Some teachers get their individual plan reimbursed the way they would any classroom tool. For a whole school or district, the Enterprise plan makes more sense — it adds school-wide analytics, governance, and admin guidance on top of everything teachers already get. All payments — subscriptions and credit top-ups — are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. If you cancel, your subscription is cancelled with Stripe directly; there's no retention maze.
It stays yours. You can export your data any time from Settings — including your gradebook as CSV or XLSX — before or after you decide to leave. If you request deletion, we process it within 30 days of a verified request, and backups roll off within 90 days. We're deliberately specific about those windows rather than promising an instant wipe we couldn't honestly deliver.
